Payment:
All prices in our e-shop include 19% VAT.
You can pay by:
1) interaccount transfer
2) payment through eBanka account – discount on postage 30 CZK
Delivery:
If in stock, the goods aresent by registered post within 14 days. Otherwise you’ll be informed when it will be available.
Delivery on purchases over 2000 CZK is FREE. On all other orders the delivery cost will be 100 CZK. You always see the total price when confirming your order. Delivery costs are not included in the cost of the goods.. If you make more than one order to the same address on the same day, you’ll only pay one delivery charge.
Sales abroad:
Goods can be sent abroad only after payment in full has been made to: 641012001/5500. In this case write to: prodej@defect.cz
Claims:
Goods are guaranteed for 24 months in accordance with Act No.40/1964 of Col. of the Civil Code as amended by Act No.136/2002 of Col.
- The client is to check by taking the goods, if the packing isn’t broke and the goods also damaged or stealed. If it’s the client has to take it down with the postman and agree other process. The responsibility for the damaged goods caused by carriage is fully on carrier. The client should inform us about the existing problem immediatelly.
- In the case, client wants to claim for the goods or return it first he has to inform us by e-mail (reklamace@defect.cz) or by phone. Then he has to wrap the goods properly and send it on the address of vendor or on another given address. This will increase the claim process. The client has to add a written report about the reason of claim and a proof of payment (bill or invoice).
- The claim should be made within 30 day period given by Act if the vendor doesn’t agree with the client otherwise. The whole dealing follows the lawful norms.
- The client has the right to ask to remove the defect in time and properly. If the defect is unremovable the client has the right to ask to get money back . If the defect is removable than he can ask it in the case the same defect has appeared three times or there has been four times different defect.
- In the case that
- the complaint of goods was given after guarantee period
- the defect was caused by unprofessional treatment (by washing)
- the protective sticker or the seal of the author on goods were damaged
- the goods was used in contradiction with enclosed manual
- the goods was unprofessionally repairedzboží bylo neodborně upravováno či opravováno
- the goods was damaged by any element – by water, by fire…
the claim can’t be admitted as competent. The client will be informed that the defect will be removed but he has to pay the costs (postage) connected with.
- This claim rule is in effect from 20 of August of 2005 and is valid in the whole Czech republic. The client is required to take up with it. By buying the goods he confirms the agreement with this claim rule and undertakes to follow it. The vendor has the right to change it without announcement before.
Return of goods:
- If you have ordered the incorrect size, you may exchange your goods within seven days if the product has not been worn. Customers are only required to pay the postage cost of the replacement articles.
- If you have been sent the incorrect item(s) we will replace these with the correct articles free of charge within 14 (fourteen)days of receiving the original items (unworn) from you. Please notify us of any problems by e-mail on reklamace@defect.cz or by phone before returning any goods.
Privacy policy:
Our internet shop commits not to disclose any personal dates to any third parties and not to use them for any commerial offer which has nothing to do with the promotion of this e-shop. The necessary personal data gives only to the carrier (address, name and phone number). All dates will be secured following the Act and used only for the communication between the vendor and the client.
