For postage we charge 100 CZK. This amount is not included in the price of the goods. If you make more than one order to the same address on the same day, you’ll only pay one delivery charge.If your order is more than 2000 CZK, postage is FREE.

it’s possible to return your unused goods within seven days by individual agreement. Returned goods must be undamaged, in originl packaging and with proof of payment.
Returned goods must be sent by registered post with original proof of payment within seven days.. The customer is liable for the return postage cost Advise us on reklamace@defect.cz. Before returning any goods.
The change of the goods is possible if you chose bad size. In this case is valid the same process like with claims. The client covers the costs of postage in this case.. The change is possible in one week after taking it by client over. If we send a bad type of goods (another colour or size) we’ll cover the costs.
